Refund and Returns Policy

Because all Pink Pearl yarns are hand dyed in small batches, every skein is unique. Color variation is part of the beauty of handmade yarn and is not considered a defect.

We want you to love your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before ordering. 

We accept returns or exchanges only for unused yarn in its original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

• Yarn must be unused.
• Yarn must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Original packaging and labels must be intact

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used or washed yarn
• Custom dyed yarn
• Sale or clearance items
• Advent collections, mystery sets, or countdowns
• Digital products (patterns, PDFs, downloads)

These items are final sale.

Each skein is hand dyed and may vary slightly in color from:

• Other skeins
• Product photos
• Screen to screen (monitor differences)

We do our best to photograph colors accurately, but color variation is not grounds for a refund. 

For multi-skein projects, we recommend alternating skeins every few rows to blend natural variation.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at julia@pinkpearlhome.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided dyeing of custom orders or packaging haas not begun.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
