Story Companions

Story Companions books are reflective books created to be read alongside making. They pair naturally with knitting, crochet, weaving, and other quiet handicrafts.

These stories invite readers to slow down, listen closely, and remain present. Each book offers gentle reflection through narrative, imagery, and faith-forward themes rooted in everyday life. These stories pair naturally with knitting, crocheting, weaving, or quiet evenings of reflection, where “yarn” becomes both fiber and a medium for storytelling.

Some Story Companions are seasonal. Others are contemplative or faith-forward. Rather than rushing toward resolution, Story Companions honor the process. They dwell in waiting, noticing, and trust. The act of reading becomes part of the rhythm of making.

These books, authored by Julia Anne Morris, are offered here as companions to the Pink Pearl world. Although purchased through their respective publishers, they are gathered here to honor the shared language of craft, story, and thoughtful living.
